Michael A. Wilson is an entrepreneur and a construction and real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in business ownership, development, project management, estimating, sales, and organizational leadership.

His career has included progressively responsible roles in construction management, preconstruction, client development, operations, and executive oversight. Michael has founded and led businesses, managed complex construction projects, evaluated real estate opportunities, developed project budgets, and coordinated teams of architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, lenders, and community stakeholders.

As founder and principal of SBE Group, Michael provides strategic direction to a growing portfolio that includes Nehemiah Factor, the company's community revitalization, property management, and real estate development arm, and Mosaic Contracting, its general contracting and project-delivery company.

Michael's defining strength is his ability to recognize an opportunity and build the business, relationships, and operational structure required to move it toward execution. His work brings together entrepreneurship, construction, real estate, historic preservation, property stewardship, and community revitalization.
